Agreement

By placing an order through DentalSoftShop you accept these terms. Please read them carefully before you buy.

Products and licensing

Every software title on the site ships with a license from the original vendor (for example, exocad, 3Shape, or a similar publisher). The license is issued to the person or company named on the order and is tied to the machine on which it is installed. If you need to move the license to new hardware, contact us and we will transfer it at no extra cost.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless noted otherwise. An order is confirmed once we reply to you after payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the requested software is out of stock or if payment cannot be verified.

Delivery and installation

Because products are digital, delivery happens remotely. Our technician installs the software on your machine and confirms that it runs before we close the order.

Refunds

If the software does not install or does not run on the machine you provided the specs for, we either replace it or refund the full amount. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds are not offered once the software is installed and working, unless required by law.

Warranty and support

Each order includes a warranty period with technical support, stated at the time of purchase. Support covers installation, crashes, license issues, and help with product features. It does not cover general computer repair.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost business, lost data, lost time). Our total liability on any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

Intellectual property

All brand names and logos belong to their owners. We are an authorized reseller and do not claim ownership of any third-party software. If you believe your copyright or trademark has been infringed on this site, please review our Copyright & DMCA Notice for how to send a takedown request.
